Therefore, H.E. Mr Jacobe Mafune has been invited by the Tirana municipality for an institutional exchange of expertise at a city level (city to city platform) on strategic development, governance and implementation of active and major mobility networks infrastructure projects.
Also, representatives of the civil society will participate in a cross-border dialogue involving the three countries in the vicinity.
