Leposava Ognjanoska Stavrovska
European integration of the Western Balkans with special focus to the rule of law conditionality
Leposava Ognjanoska Stavrovska is a PhD candidate at the Faculty of Law “Iustinianus Primus” Skopje – Ss. Cyril and Methodius University in Skopje, in the field of Law of the European Union and European Integration. Mrs Ognjanoska has obtained specialization in US Foreign Policy at University of Delaware, as SUSI 2023 Scholar selected by the US State Department. Currently, she works at the Faculty of Law – International Balkan University in Skopje as a lecturer in a group of subjects within International Law and EU Law. Previous to this, she has gained professional experience working in both the think-tank sector and for state bodies, including as a Special Advisor to the Deputy Prime Minister for European Affairs and International Affairs Advisor to the Minister of Defence. Her main field of research interest is European integration of the Western Balkans with special focus to the rule of law conditionality.
